Unique Visitors
A unique visitor is a real visitor to a website. Whenever someone accesses a website their IP address is recorded, so that the website owner can determine how many visitors have been to their website. The IP address of the visitor is only recorded once per visit, regardless of how many pages that visitor many look at. In this way, the number of unique visitors will differ greatly from the number of page views or hits.

Upload
Upload is the term used to describe when one computer sends information to another. Whenever you send information such as web pages or images from your computer to your server you are 'uploading' the information.

URL
URL stands for Uniform Resource Locator. It is also referred to as a web address. URL's are standard addresses that allow a web browser to locate a specific page or document on the internet.
